90’s Black and Multicolor Floral Print Capri Pants by Loco Lindo cotton vest -High Crown: 5"These measure from 26 to 36" at the waist, 44" through the hips, inseam is 21" long and outside seam is 30" long. Leg opening is 11" in diameter. Front rise is 12 and back rise is 14. I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very differently than modern pants. Pants have elastic waistband, pull on with no fastenings; no pockets. Fabric is lightweight rayon crepe, unlined, washable. Label reads "Loco
